Bahamas!

I am so excited to be back from an amazing trip to the Bahamas. I was there with Dayana shooting for the upcoming Miss Universe 2009 telecast. We had the opportunity to visit some amazing places such as Staniel Cay where we got to see the swimming pigs and Dayana got to swim with the Sharks. We also had the opportunity to visit David Copperfield's private island called Musha Cay. It's beautiful beaches and warm trade winds reminded me of home. Cathy and Joey gave us a wonderful tour of the property and also introduced us to one of the two newest additions, Jersey, a blue and yellow macaw. The island has a very tropical felling with nuances of Balinese influence. We wanted to stay longer but had to head to Great Exuma to catch a flight. The next time I have some spare change laying around, I'll head back and rent out the island!!! I wish... We visited a number of islands including Andros and Abaco which I just loved. We went sailing on a catamaran and marlin fishing of the coast of Abaco. I think someone warned the fish we were coming as we caught nothing.Each day we'd be up early and return late. Always coming home to our base at the Atlantis Resort, Paradise Island. The property is huge and with my foot, not as easy to get around without the help of a motor scooter. I had one but eventually gave it up. The scooter died twice on me and I was tired of having to get a replacement so I decided to hobble around.
While in the Bahamas, we were able to shoot new photos of Dayana with Fadil at Atlantis. The photos are amazing and Dayana really did a great job. Can't wait for everyone to see them. That's it for now. I will write more soon!
Foot update, I am out of the boot and walking with a cane. Got a ton of physical therapy to get through but I am up and slowly walking. I should be close to good in no time.

que bien que la hayas pasado bien en las bahamas se nota que es un lugar muy bonito y con mucha cultura ,y veo que dayana tambien se divirtio dayana mendoza es una chica espectacular

How can I get tickets for the Pageant - I am a visiting new queen form another pageant system ? I am tryign to make arrangements for flights and hotel but I want to make sure I can get tickets
Is there any procedures for disocunts for visiting Royalty from other pageant systems?

The Bahamas will be a great host for Miss Universe. It is the land of beaches, very exotic, very nice people...a great election such as Namibia'95, Hong Kong'76, El Salvador'75, Dominican Republic'77...and Peru'82. Greetings from Lima, Peru.
